Register Your Pharmacy

This page shows you how to create your pharmacy account and get approved.

What You Need

Before you start, make sure you have:

• A valid pharmacy license
• Your TIN (Tax Identification Number)
• A business bank account in your pharmacy’s name
• A phone number and email address
• Photos of your pharmacy (storefront, interior, products)

Step 1: Sign Up

1. Download the PharmaNet app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
2. Open the app and tap Sign Up
3. Enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password
4. Verify your phone number with the 6-digit code sent by SMS
5. When asked to choose your account type, select Pharmacy

Step 2: Complete Your Pharmacy Profile

Fill in your pharmacy details:

1. Pharmacy name — the name of your business as it appears on your license
2. License number — your official pharmacy license number
3. TIN number — your tax identification number
4. Phone number — the pharmacy’s contact number
5. Email address — the pharmacy’s email
6. Address — your physical location (use the map to pin it)
7. Operating hours — what time you open and close each day

Step 3: Upload Documents

You need to upload:

1. Pharmacy license — a photo or scan of your license document
2. TIN certificate — your tax registration certificate
3. Professional license — the pharmacist’s license
4. Bank details — your pharmacy bank account information

Tap Upload for each document and select the image from your phone.

Step 4: Wait for Approval

1. After submitting, your application will be reviewed by the PharmaNet team
2. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days
3. You will receive a notification when your account is approved
4. If more information is needed, you will be contacted

Step 5: Log In and Start Selling

Once approved:

1. Open the PharmaNet app or visit the Seller Dashboard on your computer
2. Log in with your email and password
3. You will see your Dashboard with an overview of your pharmacy
4. Start by adding your products (see Manage Products)

Tip: While waiting for approval, prepare your product list and photos so you can start selling right away.
