Manage Products
This page shows you how to manage your products on PharmaNet.View Your Products
On mobile:- Open the PharmaNet app and log in with your pharmacy account
- Tap the Products tab or Inventory from your dashboard
- You will see a list of all your products
- Use the search bar to find a specific product
- Use filters to sort by category or stock status
- Log in to the Seller Dashboard on your computer
- Click Products in the left menu
- You will see your full product list with search and filter options

Add a New Product
- Tap or click Add Product
- Fill in the product details:
| Field | What to Enter |
|---|---|
| Product name | The medicine or product name |
| Description | A short description (what it is, what it does) |
| Category | Choose from the list (pain relief, antibiotics, etc.) |
| Price | How much the customer pays |
| Stock quantity | How many units you have |
| Dosage | The strength or dosage (for example: 500mg) |
| Manufacturer | Who makes this product |
| Expiry date | When the product expires |
| Prescription required | Turn on if customers need a prescription |
| Photos | Upload up to 5 photos of the product |
- Tap Save or Add Product

Edit a Product
- Find the product in your list
- Tap or click the pencil icon (edit)
- Change any of the details
- Tap Save to keep your changes
Delete a Product
- Find the product in your list
- Tap or click the trash icon (delete)
- Confirm that you want to delete it
- The product will be removed from your catalog and customers will no longer see it
Stock Status Colors
Each product shows its stock status:- Green — In stock (enough quantity)
- Yellow — Low stock (running low, order more soon)
- Red — Out of stock (none available)
Low Stock Alerts
When a product runs low:- You will see a notification on your dashboard
- The product will show a yellow stock indicator
- Order more stock from your suppliers before it runs out
Tip: Keep your stock information up to date. Customers rely on accurate stock counts when placing orders.
