Process Orders

This page shows you how to handle customer orders from start to finish.

View Your Orders

On mobile:
  1. Open the PharmaNet app and log in with your pharmacy account
  2. Tap the Orders tab
  3. Use the filter chips at the top to sort:
    • All — every order
    • Pending — new orders waiting for your response
    • Processing — orders you are preparing
    • Shipped — orders sent for delivery
    • Delivered — completed orders
    • Cancelled — orders that were cancelled
On the web dashboard:
  1. Log in to the Seller Dashboard
  2. Click Orders in the left menu
  3. See all orders with the same filter options

Order Status Flow

When a customer places an order, it goes through these stages:
Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered
You move the order through each stage by taking action.

Step 1: Review a New Order

  1. When you receive a new order, it appears in Pending
  2. Open the order to see:
    • Customer name and contact info
    • Items ordered with quantities
    • Total price
    • Delivery address
    • Prescription (if required) — view the uploaded image
    • Order notes from the customer

Step 2: Confirm the Order

  1. Review the order and check the prescription (if needed)
  2. Make sure you have all items in stock
  3. Tap Confirm Order or Accept
  4. The order moves to Processing
If you cannot fulfill the order:
  1. Tap Cancel Order
  2. Select a reason
  3. The customer will be notified and refunded

Step 3: Prepare the Order

  1. Gather all the items
  2. Pack them carefully
  3. Add any necessary documentation (receipt, instructions)
  4. The order stays in Processing while you prepare

Step 4: Mark as Shipped

  1. Once the order is ready and handed to the delivery service:
  2. Tap Mark as Shipped
  3. Enter the carrier name (delivery service)
  4. Enter the tracking number (if available)
  5. The order moves to Shipped
  6. The customer will receive a notification

Step 5: Delivery

  1. The customer receives the order
  2. When the customer confirms delivery, the order moves to Delivered
  3. You can also mark it as Delivered if you have confirmation

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order at any time before it is delivered:
  1. Open the order
  2. Tap Cancel Order
  3. Select a reason:
    • Out of stock
    • Customer requested
    • Invalid prescription
    • Other
  4. The customer will be notified
  5. Payment will be refunded to the customer

Order Stats

Your dashboard shows:
  • Total orders — all orders received
  • Pending orders — orders needing your action
  • Processing orders — orders being prepared
  • Completed orders — delivered orders
Tip: Process orders quickly. Customers appreciate fast service and are more likely to order from you again.
