Manage Your Account

This page shows you how to update your profile, change your preferences, and keep your account secure.

Your Profile

  1. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
  2. You will see:
    • Your name and photo
    • Your email and phone number
    • Order stats (total orders, completed, pending)

Edit Your Profile

  1. On your profile page, tap Edit Profile
  2. You can change:
    • Your name
    • Your profile photo (take a new photo or choose from your gallery)
    • Your email address
    • Your phone number
  3. Tap Save to keep your changes

Manage Shipping Addresses

  1. On your profile page, tap Shipping Addresses
  2. You will see a list of your saved addresses
  3. To add a new address:
    • Tap Add New Address
    • Enter the address details
    • Use the map to pin your exact location
    • Tap Save
  4. To edit an address, tap the pencil icon
  5. To delete an address, tap the trash icon

Change Your Language

PharmaNet supports multiple languages:
  1. On your profile page, tap Language
  2. Choose from:
    • English
    • Amharic (አማርኛ)
    • Oromo (Afaan Oromoo)
  3. The app will update immediately

Security Settings

Change Your Password

  1. Go to ProfileSecurity & Privacy
  2. Tap Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (at least 8 characters with a number and capital letter)
  5. Enter your new password again to confirm
  6. Tap Save

Set Up Biometric Login

  1. Go to ProfileSecurity & Privacy
  2. Tap Biometric Login
  3. Follow your phone’s instructions to set up fingerprint or face recognition
  4. Once set up, you can log in using your fingerprint or face instead of typing your password

Turn On Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Go to ProfileSecurity & Privacy
  2. Tap Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Follow the instructions to add an extra layer of security to your account

Notification Settings

  1. Go to ProfileSettings
  2. Tap Notifications
  3. Choose which notifications you want to receive:
    • Order updates — get notified when your order status changes
    • Chat messages — get notified when a pharmacy replies to you
    • Promotions — get notified about special offers
    • App announcements — get notified about important updates

Privacy Settings

  1. Go to ProfileSecurity & Privacy
  2. You can:
    • Hide order history — keep your orders private
    • Data sharing — control how your data is used
    • Clear cache — free up storage space
    • Clear search history — remove past searches

Log Out

  1. Go to your Profile tab
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap Log Out

Delete Your Account

  1. Go to ProfileSecurity & Privacy
  2. Tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm your choice
  4. Your account and data will be permanently removed
Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your order history and data will be lost.
