Create Your Account

This page shows you how to sign up, log in, and manage your account.

Sign Up for a New Account

  1. Open the PharmaNet app
  2. On the welcome screen, tap Sign Up
  3. Enter your full name
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Enter your phone number
  6. Create a password (at least 8 characters with a number and capital letter)
  7. Tap Continue
  8. You will receive a 6-digit code by SMS
  9. Enter the code to verify your phone number
  10. Choose Customer as your account type
  11. You are now signed in and ready to use PharmaNet

Log In to Your Account

  1. Open the PharmaNet app
  2. Tap Log In
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Tap Log In
You can also log in using:
  • Google — Tap the Google button and choose your account
  • Apple — Tap the Apple button and use Face ID or your password
  • Biometrics — If you have set up fingerprint or face unlock, you can use it to log in quickly

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the Log In screen, tap Forgot Password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Tap the link and create a new password
  5. Log in with your new password

Log Out

  1. Go to your Profile tab
  2. Scroll down to the bottom
  3. Tap Log Out
Tip: You need to log in to place orders, track deliveries, and chat with pharmacies. You can browse products without logging in.
