Quick Start Guide

Follow these 5 steps to start using PharmaNet.

Step 1: Download the App

  • Open the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iPhone)
  • Search for PharmaNet
  • Tap Install

Step 2: Create Your Account

  1. Open the PharmaNet app
  2. Tap Sign Up
  3. Enter your name, phone number, email, and create a password
  4. You will receive a 6-digit code by SMS — enter it to verify your phone
  5. Choose Customer as your account type
Already have an account? Tap Log In and enter your email and password.

Step 3: Find What You Need

  1. On the home screen, type a medicine name in the search bar
  2. You can also scan a barcode using your phone camera
  3. Browse by category — pain relief, vitamins, antibiotics, and more
  4. Use filters to narrow by price, brand, or prescription requirement

Step 4: Place Your Order

  1. Tap a product to see details and price
  2. Choose the quantity you need
  3. Tap Add to Cart or Buy Now
  4. When you are ready, go to your cart and tap Checkout
  5. Enter your delivery address
  6. If the medicine needs a prescription, upload a photo of your prescription
  7. Pay using Chapa (mobile money or card)
  8. Confirm your order

Step 5: Receive Your Medicine

  1. The pharmacy will prepare your order
  2. You will get a notification when the order status changes
  3. Track your order in the Orders tab
  4. When it arrives, check your items and confirm delivery
Tip: You can chat with the pharmacy at any time by tapping the Chat button on the order page.
